Job description: The Senior Human Resources Analyst – Oracle HCM is responsible for the daily administration of Human Resources Information System for maintenance, analysis, and evaluation of the company’s HR System. This position serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Sr. HRIS Analyst also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. Acts as liaison with HR, Payroll, and the IT department. Assists with other related duties, which support HR Operations processes.\n

\nRequired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or other related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five (5) years’ of experience with HRIS implementation life cycle including, gathering data, analysis, testing, implementation and deployment.
- Oracle HCM cloud experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced report writing skills, ability to write data analytics and reporting for large complex organization as well as experience working with SQL, OTBI (Oracle Business Intelligence) or Power BI.
- In-depth experience with Excel including pivot tables, lookups, graphing and charting functionality.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Maintains effective communication and working relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Six Sigma or Lean Certification
- PHR or SPHR Certification
Pay Rate: Min – $103,100 | Max – $141,775
- Partners with the National HRIS team to support CA Region HRIS initiatives. Provide application support for Oracle HCM Cloud user activities. Serves as Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert for CA Region.
- Provide support for HRIS, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
- Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
- Perform mass data analysis, loads and updates as needed. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues using available resources. Provide implementation and post-go-live support as well as other duties related to Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train clients on new processes/functionality of Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly data feeds to and from HR systems to maintain system interfaces. Maintain understanding of all HR systems as well as system interfaces and how they work together.
- Ensures that all activities and communications are compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, contracts, procedures, etc. Maintains a professional demeanor and provides excellent customer service. Assists with other related duties and projects as assigned.
