Job description: Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Senior Java Developer for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Financial clients in Rockville, MD.This position is 100% Remote.Required Skills:
- Must have solid understanding of core Java and J2EE (executors, collections, threading, GC etc)
- Must be solid in Spring Framework (Boot, web, Core, Rest, Data etc)
- Experience with developing enterprise quality solution in an iterative or Agile environment.
- Must be fluent in REST API development
- Must know how to process JSON/XML data
- Must know relational database modeling and SQL query against any RDBMS system (Oracle/MySQL/Postgres)
- Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS)
- Must know OWASP top 10 and secure coding practices
Preferred Skills:
- Ping Identity is a huge plus (DaVinci, Applications, Directory, Policy Framework)
- Federation protocols (SAML/OIDC/OAuth) knowledge is a plus
- Knowledge or experience with NO SQL DB (Document DB/ DynamoDB)
