They focus on partnering with customers to inspect and service preexisting company installed foundation repair and water management solutions. JOB DESCRIPTIONService Technician

  • Attend appointments scheduled by a Customer Care Representative. Appointments are scheduled based

on your availability.

  • Travel to a customer’s home on a pre-set appointment using a company vehicle.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and professionally represent Groundworks.
  • Recommends additional products and services to enhance or improve original installation or remedy a

potential issue, by following the sales process.

  • Perform yearly maintenance visits, examining work previously completed.
  • Perform reactive service appointments, diagnose, and fix any issues.
  • Install the additional products purchased by the customer as necessary.
  • Adhere to safety/health regulations and procedures when carrying out construction operations.
  • Examines work done by the company and determines potential warranty or non-warranty work.
  • Communicate the status of each job (completions and complications) and submit all necessary

documentation to the Service Manager.

  • You may be required to assume other tasks or responsibilities not detailed on this list which may be

requested from time to time at the Company’s discretion.
