DescriptionThe Sr. Full Stack Engineer will thrive in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Works remotely to analyze, design, develop, test and implement software applications in compliance with the Software Development Life Cycle for on-premise and cloud applications. Participate in user interviews to gather requirements and create solution designs. Develop code based on business requirements and an understanding of all integrated systems. Document all technical processes, requirements, flows/diagrams to support the solution delivery. Using appropriate tools, design an application interface and performs the programming and testing and/or directs the programming and testing effort to meet user needs and development standards. Responsible for defect tracking, bug fixes, system maintenance (i.e. – releases, patches, upgrades) and deployment.Responsibilities

  • Develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements.
  • Works individually or as part of a team. Reviews and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results. Resolves software problem reports.
  • Utilizes software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment.
  • Provides specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.

RequirementsMUST HAVES:

  • Eight (8) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • This position is for React Front End engineering with extensive testing and accessibility experience. (React Query, Vite, working with design systems and component libraries)
  • Proficient in Python (Fast API or similar Python API experience)
  • Auth + SSO Experience (Oauth, JWTs, SAML Tokens)
  • Experience with AWS, Docker, and Terraform
  • Takes initiative, detail-oriented, problem solver, willing to ask questions, clear communicator

PLUSSES:

  • Experience with FHIR + EHR Systems a plus
  • Experience with Ruby is a plus.
