Job description: Join Our Community of Food People!The Senior Manager of Customer Mapping is responsible for managing the Customer Remapping team, the Customer Remapping intake process, the Steering Committee and approval processes. They coach and develop team talent. They manage, report, and improve the end-to- end Remapping process on the rollout & implementation of Supply Chain plays while ensuring accurate execution and on time deployment. The role leads day-to-day activities throughout the implementation lifecycle.The Supply Chain Senior Manager of Customer Mapping operates as an effective communicator with the ability to drive change throughout various levels and phases of each implementation and manages team to ensure goals are met on-time and on value.This position is remote/virtual which means the work can be completed from anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories.This position is remote/virtual which means the work can be completed from anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories.RESPONSIBILITIESReports and manages Customer Remapping performance, project milestones, timing, impacts, and value to leadership, and in Project Management Tracking systems.Establishes, improves, and maintains standardized, configurable plays for Supply Chain developed by the Customer Remapping playbook and intake process.Coaches Customer Remapping Team associates to ensure the all processes are followed and are adhered to as written, executed consistently, and delivered on-time.Manages, establishes, and maintains the intake process for Customer Remapping Requests, and the implementation activities with affected markets.Leads the change management process for the impacted markets and center-led partners.Recurring meetings with ROM Leadership, Labor Relations, IB logistics, IT, SC Excellence, Shared Business Services and other key partners.Manages and prepares Steering Committee content and materials, managing all communications to stakeholders, Remapping Team, and requestors.Ensures team drives all project related activities of deployment (inform through execution) ensuring compliance to the prescribed playbook.Prepares impact/gap analysis and facilitates workshops to document current state vs future state and documents processes related to the deployment project.Advises Sr. Leaders on Remapping Project status, escalates to ensure project is on-track and value is met by partnering with local Supply Chain, National, Chain Based, Local Sales, Replenishment, Transportation leadership.Partners with Field and Center teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of play execution.Maintains performance scorecards to track development and execution of plays.Collects, consolidates, and cascades feedback upward from field to remapping leadership and region leaders.Shares best practices and feedback from field to Supply Chain and remapping leadership to ensure it is included in playbook revisions.Provides weekly Transformation status updates and conducts weekly status calls.Coordinates deployment process documentation, including workflows, RACI charts and procedures.Conducts deployment analysis to ensure all personnel are trained and ready for a clean handoff post deployment.Other duties as assigned by manager.SUPERVISION:This role has Direct ReportsRELATIONSHIPSInternal: Cross-Functional relationships across the entire organization including but not limited to: SLT, SRT, Supply Chain, Finance, HR & IT.External: NoneWORK ENVIRONMENTRemote: This role is fully remote, and the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from a home-based environment.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree5 years of project management experience or proven demonstration of running multiple large-scale customer-facing projects.Demonstrated ability to lead through change or change management.Has a proven track record of influencing without authority and coaching peers or subordinates.Strong project management/governance experience or PMP/PMI.Ability to prioritize issues, manage risk and communicate effectively.Proven analytical and problem-solving ability.Advanced knowledge of MS Office products.Travel up to 25%.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in Supply Chain, Sales, Replenishment, and/or Warehouse operations.Experience supervising 3+ direct reports in a or in-office virtual settingHas a proven track record of influencing without authority and coaching leaders.EDUCATIONBachelor’s degreeCERTIFICATIONS / TRAININGPMP/PMI preferredThe following information is provided in accordance with certain state and local laws. Compensation depends on experience, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. In California, the expected compensation for this role is between $102,500.00 and $162,700.00. In Connecticut, the expected compensation for this role is between $115,900.00 and $162,700.00. In Colorado, the expected compensation for this role is between $109,500.00 and $146,100.00. In Maryland, the expected compensation for this role is between $109,500.00 and $146,100.00. In Minnesota, the expected compensation for this role is between $102,500.00 and $136,700.00. In New York, the expected compensation for this role is between $102,500.00 and $162,700.00. In Rhode Island, the expected compensation for this role is between $109,500.00 and $162,700.00.
