The Studio Manager will support all studio functionality of Club Pilates Arroyo Grande including managing and growing multiple streams of revenue, new member acquisition and retention, and staff management and development. This full-time position will require flexible availability to include days/evenings/weekend/holiday scheduling in the studio, there is no remote work for this position.Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective members and attain a high close ratio. Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
- Schedule and participate in community events (grass roots marketing), studio promotions and lead generation
- Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients of the studio, be it in person, over the phone, or through email
- Proficiency in ClubReady software program, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
- Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
- Collect out-standing dues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio
- Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
- Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
- Support managing staff schedule
- Support in hiring and managing front desk staff at the studio
- Supervise Sales Representatives
- Directly coordinate with all studio owner/GM ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
- Any other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of management and leadership experience required
- 2+ years of retail sales or fitness sales experience
- A passion for fitness, health and wellness
- Must be available to work 38-40 hours per week
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales
- Strong social media marketing experience
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner/leadership team
- Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via e-mail
- Ability to create and streamline new procedures
- Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
- Solid writing and grammar skills
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and in the public community
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software
- Must have a valid driver’s license with insurance and must pass a background check
