As an Account Executive at UXPressia, you will manage the entire outbound sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and passing clients to Customer Success. Your role will be crucial in driving outbound sales efforts, as their current strategy relies primarily on inbound marketing.The ideal client profile (ICP) of UXPressia is a senior executive, such as the Head of Customer Experience or User Experience, operating in the finance, healthcare, banking, professional services, telecom, or automobile industries. This individual should be based in the US market and have a medium to high level of maturity in customer experience management, as determined during the initial call.Key responsibilities:Outbound sales cycle management: manage all aspects of the outbound sales process, including lead generation, outreach, follow-ups, presentations, custom offers, and closing deals.Lead generation & prospecting: identify and qualify potential customers through outbound activities, including email, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calls.Discovery calls: conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ needs, assess their fit for UXPressia, and schedule demos.Product demonstrations: deliver engaging platform demos that highlight the benefits of UXPressia based on prospect needs.Work closely with the Customer Success and Product Teams to ensure smooth transitions and gather feedback for product development.Hypothesis testing: test sales hypotheses and explore new outreach methods to expand the customer base effectively.Client relationship building: engage with key stakeholders, including heads of customer and user experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, banking, professional services, telecom, and automobile.Market expansion: identify opportunities to expand deals within companies, exploring different departments and regions.Collaboration and reporting: work closely with the inbound sales team to handle calls and support funnel reactivation, and report progress to leadership.Qualities we’re looking for:Fluency in English.3+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in SaaS/software applications, with a track record of full-cycle sales management. Experience with the US market is a plus.Demonstrated expertise in sales processes, particularly in outbound sales and pipeline generation.Knowledge of sales tools like Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Experience with Close.io or similar CRM platforms.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to personalize outreach and adapt messaging.Passion for sales, a strong sense of initiative, and the ability to adapt to changing strategies and tools.Ability to deliver results and focus on achieving profit targets.Ability to analyze and interpret data to improve outreach strategies.Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.Multitasking skills – you feel confident juggling multiple types of tasks at a time.Persistence – you do not hesitate to write lots of follow-ups or call them when potential clients are not answering, and you will continue reaching out to them until you get a clear yes/no response.Excellent organizing skills – you track each step in the system, always check that everything is done on time, never forget about clients and proactively follow them up, always put all the needed information into the needed folders/databases, etc.Nice-to-Have skills – not required but will be a plus:Familiarity with the UX/CX industry is highly desirable.Spanish proficiency can be a plus for engaging with the Spanish-speaking market.Experience working with competitors in the UX/CX space.Experience in driving results through cold calling.Understanding of the customer experience maturity.Working hours:You’ll need to overlap with EST & PST time zones for the most part of your working day ( ) because UXP’s leads are mostly based in the US & Canada. However, we’ll appreciate the flexibility for some clients who are located in the UK, Australia, and other countries.What we offer:Full-time job (8 working hours per day, Monday – Friday).
