Pay Range: $40.00 – $50.00per hr / Salary Target: $80K – $100KJob Description:
Our client is a fast-growing software company that is searching for a VOIP Implementation Engineer. In this role, you will support customers implementing a VOIP solution, handling everything from implementation and setup to ongoing support. You will collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to enhance the VOIP product by triaging and escalating issues, suggesting improvements, and closing the feedback loop with customers. Additionally, you’ll work with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers and assist with their transition from previous systems.Required Skills:
- Experience implementing + supporting web-based VOIP products
- Experience working for B2B Software companies that provide a CRM platform with a Telecom feature!
- Experience with PBX systems – specifically with SaaS Applications
- Expertise in teaching phone products/systems and concepts to end-users
- Experienced with VOIP protocols like SIP
- Excellent Customer Service skills – solutions-oriented
Bonus/Soft Skills:
- Experience working with other CPaaS providers like Nextiva, RingCentral, Twilio, etc.
- Highly motivated disciplined self-starter
- Creating + updating internal documentation
- Experience or interest in a start-up environment
