Job description: Workday Architect – REMOTE WORK – 60308We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Workday Architect to work on Remote Work.Pay Rate : $70-$75/hr.**Candidates must be strong within workday at the architecture level and must have excellent communication skills.   • Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Solutions Architect for Workday, specializing in HR. This pivotal role involves consulting with HR business stakeholders to prepare and design roadmaps for solutions in areas such as HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and other HR-centric functions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and high consultative soft skills, acting as a liaison between HR and STS developers. Person will work with HR Business Team on understanding what they do/how using the tool and show them what they can do from payroll or compensation perspective.
  • Person needs to be vocal to show what Workday can do, ask what the pain points are and show them how to do it.
  • Goal is to show product being used and align in support of HR and then the BSA will create into actionable items to deliver, and then Sai/Pragna would be the doers of tactical work.
  • Person must have solid soft skills able to persuade/influence not sales person but speak with HR Business Execs and show here is why you need to list to me, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultation and Roadmap Development: Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to understand their current use of Workday and future needs. Design and develop comprehensive solution roadmaps for HR functions.
  • Expertise in Workday HR Platform: Provide deep knowledge and insights into the Workday HR platform, specifically in areas like HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Compensation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with HR business executives, demonstrating the value and capabilities of Workday solutions. Persuade and influence stakeholders to adopt recommended solutions.
  • Liaison Role: Act as the bridge between HR and STS developers, ensuring that developers can focus on configuration and implementation rather than solution design.
  • Communication and Influence: Utilize eloquent communication and strong consultative skills to influence and guide HR stakeholders. Present solutions confidently and persuasively.
  • Solution Architecture: Develop and present Workday solutions that align with HR business goals and objectives. Ensure solutions are forward-looking and sustainable.

Qualifications:

  • Workday Expertise: Extensive experience with the Workday HR platform, particularly in HR-specific modules.
  • HR and Finance Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR and finance processes, with a focus on HR-specific needs.
  • Consultative Skills: Proven ability to consult with and influence senior HR business executives. Strong persuasion and communication skills.
  • Solution Design Experience: Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing Workday solutions for HR functions.
  • Collaborative Approach: Ability to work effectively with HR business teams and developers, fostering a collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Total Rewards Knowledge: Experience working with total rewards statements and related HR functions.
  • Vocal and Confident: A confident, vocal consultant who can clearly articulate the benefits and functionalities of Workday solutions.
