The Opportunity:CACI is seeking several Workforce and Leadership Development Specialists to support our customers at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF).Play a pivotal role in developing mid-level and senior-level Shipyard project personnel for successful workforce and leadership development outcomes.Use human-centered design principles to serve in a consultative capacity in a customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on building relationships, influencing leadership development skills, and facilitating engagements for success.Work site will fluctuate between home site and the customer site. This is a hybrid-remote position that requires a significant amount of work conducted on the customer site to ensure customer needs are met. All applicants must be within commutable distance to PHNSY & IMF.Responsibilities:Simultaneously manage multiple customer engagements/meetings/deliverables.Conduct organizational assessments and needs analysis. Map out a scope and sequence using backward planning. Outline key events and milestones to ensure objectives and goals are met in a timely manner.Plan and deliver engagements of varied duration (.5 day – 9 days) for groups numbering 10-200. Customize these events to the development and timing needs of the customers you support.Develop, outline, and support in conducting key events and milestones that support leadership development within a framework of sustainable workforce development to achieve customer goals and objectives.Manage communications, customer expectations, and program deliverables.Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop strategies for learning and delivery across the Naval Maintenance Community.Build and develop relationships with integrated stakeholders across the Naval Maintenance Community.Support the execution of contract requirements, which may include submission of supporting data and metrics and the timely completion of written reportsto stakeholders, customers, and CACI leadership.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Required:Must be a United States Citizen. Must have the ability to obtain a DOD Interim Secret security clearance and subsequent final DOD Secret security clearance.Mid-Level Position (2 Openings): Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of work experience in consulting, training, education, workforce development, or leadership development. In lieu of the degree requirement, candidates with a minimum 8 years of directly applicable work experience may be considered for this position.Junior-Level Position (1 Opening): Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years of work experience in consulting, training, education, workforce development, or leadership development. In lieu of the degree requirement, candidates with a minimum 5 years of directly applicable work experience may be considered for this position.Experience facilitating meetings attended by senior leadership.Strong customer service orientation and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to respectfully engage internal and external customers at all levels in a manner that achieves successful outcomes.Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and time management, and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and tasks efficiently.Desired:Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Any of the following: Design Thinking Certification/Experience, ADDIE Framework for Instructional Design, Professional Facilitation Training and/or Certificate, Workforce Development Training and/or Certificate, Project Management Training, Curriculum Development Training, Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt, Organizational Behavior Training, and/or Team Development Training.Previous military service.Work experience with the Naval Maintenance Community, United States Navy, or the Department of Defense.This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available.
