- Administers firm fixed price service or supply contracts for the command.
- Receives written requests for centralized procurement of supplies and services for the command.
- Provides training on topics within area of responsibility.
- Advises command personnel on documentation requirements and regulations covering all aspects of procurement.
- Ensures compliance with applicable laws, Army regulations, Common Table of Allowances, Table of Distribution and Allowance, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and fiscal policies.
