- Assist technicians with time entry
- Manage and organize customer service documentation
- Provide customer service and account maintenance

Requirements:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of similar office experience
- Computer skills required: MS Office, ERP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
