  • Prepares a variety of special reports; identifies, coordinates, and solicits necessary information for the administrative support of the Command Staff and other support personnel.
  • Arranges meetings for the Commander, including reserving meeting rooms and notifying all participants.
  • Maintains time and attendance records for assigned personnel.
  • Makes travel arrangements to include transportation.
  • Serves as the manager of office records, files, and publications for the Command.

QualificationsIn order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below.Qualifying Experience:
To qualify at the GG-09, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service. For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: Providing administrative oversight and direction, technical competency in administrative matters to the appropriate support personnel, ensuring compliance. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or SharePoint.Candidates must describe how they meet the qualifying experience and/or selective placement factor(s) within the body of their resume.   • This is an obligated position with DISA to which an employee has statutory restoration rights based on active military service, compensable injury or disability when fully recovered, or return rights based on having served an overseas tour(s).
