- Process claims for members, providers, and employers
- Provide and interpret detailed benefit, eligibility, and premium information on a broad portfolio of products
- Respond to claim inquires
- Resolve member issues or concerns
- Correctly analyze and adjudicate claims to reflect financial, check, and processing accuracy

Required qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of experience with claims or customer service or accounting
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years’ customer service experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment (Examples: Clinical, Back office, Insurance Support, Etc.)
- 2+ years’ experience processing insurance claims
- 2+ years’ experience in membership accounting
