The Associate System Engineer delivers on our Purpose by joining the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Team, responsible for our Nexthink solution that is used to monitor and manage our Workstations across the company. This role evaluates, develops, customizes, installs, and implements functionally appropriate, technically sound, and well-integrated systems in accordance with Customer requirements, and organizational methodologies and standards. The Associate System Engineer is a detail-oriented thinker, who is ready to drive the future of Southwest’s Technology.Additional details:This role is offered as a remote workplace position, which may require travel for training, meetings, conferences, etc. Outside of those required visits, the majority of your working time may be spent in a remote location, away from our Corporate Campus. Experience
- Required: Entry-level experience, developing skills and knowledge in system engineering
- Preferred: Experience in Nexthink, Windows, Microsoft 365, Dell hardware and peripherals, Powershell, Power BI, Agile, and Scripting

Pay & Benefits
- Competitive market salary from $84,350 per year to $93,700 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
