Candidate will work with NTT DATA clients, state vendors and other NTT DATA employees to support multiple projects including upgrading the technical infrastructure of a State-hosted data center. Work is generally conducted via conference call meetings. Occasional short-term travel may be needed at key project milestones.Coordinate and manage relationships with client and third-party vendors to ensure alignment with the project.Facilitate technical discussions and drive decisions between the client and third-party vendors that adhere to project objectivesManage project governance processes, including stakeholder approvalsReview Technical designs and provide input on best practices, standards, and frameworks as applicable to the projectIdentify and monitor potential risks to develop mitigation strategies to reduce project impactFoster a collaborative working environment that encourages teamwork with the NTT PMO teamProvide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team membersDevelop and maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including status reports, schedules, meeting minutes, and decisions logsDeliver Executive Level presentations to client and Vendor teams regarding the status of the project.Utilize MS Office tools including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Teams and MS SharePoint.Required Qualifications:PMP certification.5+ years of experience in project management, specifically managing technical projects (software development, IT infrastructure, system integrations)5+ years of experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and managing large-scale technical projects.2+ years of experience in Integrated Eligibility systems50% Travel Requirement (Client Travel may be different on specific projects)Ability to work Central time zonePreferred Skills:Strong communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProblem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle project challenges and risks proactively.Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plans and tasks.Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $112,556 – $130,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
