- Develop content strategies to ensure consistent messaging across the entire product portfolio and enterprise campaigns, aligning with global standards while tailoring messaging for regional markets and industry-specific audiences.
- Oversee the creation and alignment of campaign messaging across all segments, channels, and use cases to maintain consistency.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align content with product positioning, sales objectives, and campaign goals.
- Manage the creation of campaign collateral, media ads, and customer-focused assets.
- Develop and maintain messaging frameworks and guidelines to ensure a consistent brand voice and tone.
- Measure the effectiveness of campaign messaging and content across the product portfolio.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and engagement.
- Leverage research, use cases, and industry insights to refine product and campaign messaging for relevance and competitiveness.
- Create messaging guides and content toolkits for internal teams to support sales and customer interactions.
- Experiment with new content formats and channels for campaigns and product messaging.
- Support campaign webinars by ensuring content aligns with overall messaging and brand voice, including crafting messaging, developing presentation materials, coordinating speakers, and promoting webinars as part of broader marketing initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in content strategy and thought leadership in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to create customer-centric content that addresses pain points and builds strong brand trust.
- Experience collaborating with analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, or IDC to influence thought leadership and market positioning.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage content calendars, including experience with tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Expertise in storytelling and positioning that resonates with enterprise customers, focusing on delivering value rather than just product features.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to align messaging with customer needs.
- Experience in developing content strategies that leverage buyer personas and customer journeys.
- Ability to measure content effectiveness and its impact on customer engagement and decision-making.
