This role is crucial in executing and managing campaigns that drive awareness and attendance for INBOUND and other HubSpot events. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for content marketing, social media, and event promotion.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Execution Support
- Support the development of our comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with event goals and growth targets with a focus on content marketing and social media
- Establish relationships and oversee project management with our paid media, email marketing, and organic social media teams to create cohesive, multi-channel campaigns
- Manage our demand marketing content and automated workflows to help convert high quality leads into attendees
- Partner with internal teams and our vendor to create compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing pages tailored to target audiences
Project Management
- Lead end-to-end project management for organic email and social graphic design, social media content planning and reporting, community management, email distribution and reporting, and paid media campaign briefs.
- Maintain integrated calendars for all marketing campaigns for INBOUND
- Uphold INBOUND’s brand guidelines and best practices across our content and graphics.
Performance Optimization & Analysis
- Analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools and dashboards
- Provide weekly reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with content, design, and internal marketing teams to ensure campaign assets are on-brand and effective
- Communicate campaign progress and results to key stakeholders across the organization
Innovation & Growth
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new advertising features
- Identify and share new strategies that can enhance demand generation efforts
- Contribute the evolution of INBOUND’s brand by nurturing new and disruptive ideas for marketing campaigns
QualificationsRequired
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in event marketing or B2B SaaS
- Proven track record in managing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Ability to analyze marketing metrics and translate data into actionable insights for campaign improvement
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (short and long-form content development, email marketing, content production)
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube) and their analytics tools
Preferred
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier)
- Familiarity with event marketing and promotion
- Knowledge of digital marketing and brand marketing best practices
- Proven experience with Artificial Intelligence tools
- Proficiency in project management platforms (e.g., Asana)
- Experience in social media community management and fostering online engagement
- Ability to identify and capitalize on emerging social media trends
- Experience working within a Content Management System (CMS) to publish content across digital platforms.
