- Data and Correspondence – Compiles data and prepares a variety of correspondence and reports.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes assisting with two (2) or more of the following: 1) interpreting plans and specifications; 2) inspecting materials and workmanship to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with contractual requirements; 3) reviewing contractor-submitted documents for accuracy and adequacy; and/or 4) furnishing field information for construction progress. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).For the GS-11:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes interpreting plans and specifications; inspecting materials and workmanship to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with contractual requirements; reviewing contractor-submitted documents for accuracy and adequacy; and furnishing field information for construction progress.
