You are the voice of NEOGOV providing world-class product support to all NEOGOV customers via phone calls, virtual meetings, and emails. You also collaborate with and support other departments to create high quality experiences for our customers.   • Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide effective guidance, training, and troubleshooting for product use.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels (written or verbal) to resolve issues, answer questions, and offer product guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date with product changes and continue growing expertise through ongoing learning and practice.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, including testing, researching, and documenting issues, while escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members, contribute to a positive work environment, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
