Job description: JELD-WEN is currently seeking a CX Training Coordinator to join our growing team.The OpportunityThe CX (Customer Experience) Training Coordinator is responsible for developing unique training courses and programs for employees using a blend of e-Learning, on-the-job activities, coaching, and mentoring that address specific business needs.This is a remote position. You may be based out of any location.What You Will Do
- Conduct needs analysis with leadership and determine the training solution.
- Work with leadership to create individualized curriculum and group training programs to facilitate strategic training based on the organization’s goals.
- Work with the Training Manager to review and audit/self-assess the organization’s performance (KPIs) to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
- Provide train-the-trainer learning to the trainers where applicable.
- Compile the feedback received to incorporate any potential updates into the training content and curriculum for future training activities as part of the content freshness process.
- Design and develop content using applications such as Articulate 360, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Curate content from third-party sources such as OpenSesame.
- Effectively communicate with team members and management.
- Secure all resources and any organization needed to support training classes.
- Work with leadership to plan impactful CX events and training.
- Market company training opportunities to employees and supply information on benefits to encourage participation.
- Lead initiatives that support a continuous learning and quality culture with CX.
Who You Are
- BS degree preferred OR minimum of HS Diploma.
- Prior experience successfully training, mentoring, and coaching others a plus.

- Exceptional writing and communication skills. Advanced grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
- A high degree of organization, time management, and diligence.
- Ability to solve problems on the fly and initiative-taker mentality with a high degree of follow-through; can own and take tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong content creation skills using tools such as Articulate 360, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Good public speaking skills.
- Project management.
