What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service while supporting internal employees
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and some software issues; triage and escalate complex issues as needed
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of user accounts and related equipment
- Prepare and configure equipment for deployment to remote employees
Qualifications:
- Computer Science degree or equivalent experience in a similar role is desirable
- 1+ years’ experience in IT or Retail Service Desk roles
- Knowledge of corporate desktop technologies
- Ability to lift objects up to 50lbs.
