- Serve as the primary technical point of contact between us and developers building on our platform
- Create and maintain technical documentation, tutorials, and implementation guides for our chains
- Work closely with the business development team to support customer onboarding and integration
- Triage technical support requests, providing direct assistance for basic inquiries and coordinating with engineering for complex issues
- Monitor and respond to developer questions about rollup implementation and best practices
- Gather and synthesize developer feedback to inform product improvements
- Represent us at developer-focused events and conferences
- Create technical content that helps developers understand the benefits of our products
RequirementsHave 2+ years of experience in developer relations, technical writing, or developer support rolesHave hands-on experience with blockchain technology, particularly Layer 2 scaling solutionsHave experience with Solidity and EVM-compatible chainsAre comfortable working with APIs, SDKs, and developer toolsBenefitsEquity – equity package but amounts aren’t disclosed until the offer stage.Health Insurance: Offered via Anthem, you have the choice between their silver and gold plans.
