Your responsibilities will encompass creating, operationalizing, and promoting new features to enhance operational efficiencies.Responsibilities

  • Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of new system functionality focused on optimizing claims management delivery. Working closely with Operations teams to implement process improvements and technology that streamline workflows and reduce costs.
  • Defining metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of new features and system enhancements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Management, IT, Customer Onboarding and Client Services. Ensuring timely and successful deployments.
  • Developing strategies to promote and drive adoption of new features among all clients. This is including Artificial Intelligence and Robotic process automation (RPA).
  • Supporting Sales team by showcasing the value proposition of new features and system enhancements. This is done during client renewals and new sales opportunities.
  • Providing insights and data-driven recommendations to enhance sales pitches and proposals.
  • Contributing to client retention and new sales through effective delivery of system functionalities and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Show track record of coaching and developing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain education, higher accomplished, in business administration, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent practical work experience.
  • Experience in project management & business analytics methodologies , disability and leave management systems, and analytical skills.
  • Sound understanding of the disability and leaves management industry is essential. Knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and keen landscapes.
  • Demonstrate ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable product and service enhancements.
  • Have verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and technical information clearly.
  • 10 years in a similar role within the healthcare or insurance industry. This within a Disability/Leaves TPA or related service provider.
  • Demonstrate history of leading cross-functional teams and driving successful project outcomes.
