Job description: BAYADA is seeking an experienced BCBA to serve in a full-time clinical support role as our Manger of Behavioral Operations (MBO) and join us as we expand our compassionate, value-based, mission driven, quality ABA services in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.Location: Hybrid / Remote and onsite in NJ and PABenefits:

- Serve as a clinical leader supporting other senior-level BCBAs and their teams as they provide ABA services with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve in a clinical support leadership role for the division, supporting offices in NJ and PA
- Cultivate a culture of Compassion, Excellence, and Reliability for our staff and clients
- Participate in the formation of clinical and operational policies to continually advance our services
- Collaborate with the clinical leadership team to ensure clinical quality and ethical compliance through the identification of current needs and strategic planning on advancement in training, mentorship, and support for our teams
- Establish and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
- Support the clinical leader of each office to ensure quality of ABA services across locations (center and home-based), including quality assurance and standardization of programs
- Assist with the opening of new offices and centers
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of relevant regulations, contract standards, and agency policies. Assists in interpretation and implementation of these requirements for offices in the division.
- Actively pursue opportunities to expand knowledge and skills of the profession by participating in formal training programs, conferences, workshops, and professional organizations. Regularly participate in the behavior analytic community with specific focus on the assigned division.
- Lead teams in evaluating, developing, and recommending clinical workflow processes to enhance quality, outcomes, access to ABA services, client satisfaction, and employee experience. Recommend and implement evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with Division Director, Regional Director, and practice leadership to develop growth.
Qualifications:
- Must be a BCBA in good standing, 5+ years certified, 10 preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills; demonstrated flexibility and ability to work with and engage all levels of the organization.
- Strong supervisory/mentorship experience specific to assessment and implementation of behavior analytic programs in tiered service models
- Robust knowledge of healthcare-funded ABA services, including development of goals and programs for medical necessity
- Successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities
- OBM specific experience a plus
