Job description: Location: RemoteRole: EDIFECS Developer (Remote)Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SSL Cleo Harmony EDIFACT EDI Standards and XML. Experience in Pharmacy Claims is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift and does not involve travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our systems ensuring seamless data exchange and contributing to the company’s success.Responsibilities· EDI consultants who have Strong EDI healthcare experience and who have decent SQL skills· Develop and maintain robust systems using SSL Cleo Harmony EDIFACT EDI Standards and XML.· Ensure seamless data exchange between various systems and stakeholders.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement business requirements.· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to EDI and data integration.· Optimize system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.· Implement best practices for data security and compliance with industry standards.· Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and guidelines.· Create and maintain technical documentation for system processes and integrations.· Participate in the design and architecture of new systems and enhancements.· Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical challenges.· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.· Work closely with the QA team to ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables.· Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring efficient and reliable data exchange.Qualifications· Possess strong expertise in SSL Cleo Harmony EDIFACT EDI Standards and XML.· Demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining complex systems.· Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.· Show proficiency in optimizing system performance and ensuring high availability.· Have experience in implementing data security best practices.· Display strong collaboration and communication skills.· Experience in Pharmacy Claims is a plus.· Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.· Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.· Possess strong documentation skills.· Demonstrate a proactive approach to continuous improvement.· Show commitment to delivering high-quality and reliable solutions.· Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Applications will be accepted until 25- Oct-2024.Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 to $102,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance
