The successful candidate will drive employee engagement though creative storytelling on all of our internal channels. This role partners with communicators across the enterprise to tell strategic and innovative stories that tie to business goals/objectives. Additionally, the employee communications lead will support internal communications for 1LMX/Digital Transformation and the Sikorsky line of business. The successful candidate will be highly accountable, proactive, collaborative, a strong writer and a big picture/strategic thinker.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications on rollout of enterprise-wide employee communications initiatives.
  • Serve on the cross-business area editorial board.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the RMS organization and the Communications function.
  • This position reports to the Associate Manager of 1LMX and Content Strategy.

Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
