Overview:Full Bloom is seeking an entry-level HR Administrator to join our centralized HR Service Center. This role is pivotal in managing and organizing key employee processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting the HR department’s initiatives and projects. The HR Administrator will handle onboarding documents, background checks, certification verifications, document management, audits, and employee data updates focused on the SESI Division of FullBloom. Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Management: Collect, verify, and file onboarding documents for new hires, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Navigating complex state-driven compliance processes for roles working with minors.
- Background Check Coordination: Administer and track background checks for new and current employees, ensuring proper documentation and communication of results.
- Certifications and Licensures: Maintain and verify employee certifications and licensures, manage renewals, and communicate upcoming expirations to employees and managers.
- Document Reclassification: Reclassify and manage employee documents within the UKG Document Manager system for compliance and easy access.
- Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits of employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
- HR Data Management: Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support and Collaboration: Collaborate with HR team members on various initiatives and projects and assist employees with HR policies and procedures.
- Phone line and Ticket Support: Work through assigned HR tickets and phone calls, ensuring timely resolution of HR-related requests and issues including employment verifications.
- UKG Platform Navigation: Efficiently navigate the UKG platform to manage employee information, process HR transactions, and generate reports.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years administrative experience; OR
- Associates degree and above with a focus in Human Resources preferred with 1 year of HR administrative experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Need to be flexible and meet deadlines based on manager prioritization.

Physical Requirements:Work Environment: This remote-based role supports during normal office hours on the East Coast (EST). Occasional travel for training or professional development may be required and will be coordinated with your line manager.
Expected salary: $21 per hour
