You will be based remotely, working as part of a larger support team.You will be in direct contact with system partners, commissioning engineers and end-users. As a member of the technical support level, you will be expected to answer calls, escalate calls when needed, provide installation information and other commonly requested documents, to triage issues for other level 2/3 support engineers.How you will do itAs level 1 technical support, you will provide product support information to North American, direct and indirect partners. You will support Sofware dongle license generation for our partners in EU and APAC regions.
