This strategic priority is reshaping our operations and business processes to better serve our customers in terms of cost, quality, and capabilities, while delivering the speed, agility, and insights necessary to stay ahead of rapidly-evolving threats.The Operations Process Transformation team is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic Functional Test Lead to own the test script development, coordination and execution of testing the 1LMX Apriso solution, the future state Enterprise Manufacturing Execution System (MES).Your Mission:
As the Functional Test Lead, you will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinating and reviewing scrum team test scenarios
- Serving as main contact for product team questions on MES test processes, schedule, and execution
- Uploading test cases into Zephyr and Agile Hive Hierarchies
- Coordinating with Product Owners and Functional Leads on defect identification and resolution
- Managing and communicating test progress and status to test schedule milestones
- Acting as the voice of the customer within the ART throughout product deployment
- Supporting key Operations transformation activities in support of the 1LMX program
- Managing Stakeholder relationships, engagements, and buy-in
As a key member of the Operations Process Transformation team, you will work on a high performing team of multiple BAs, functional leads, and product owners, and must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, be able to manage your time and problem solve, be able work in sometimes ambiguous environment, have strong interpersonal skills. - Significant previous software testing or test planning experience
- Ability to create and execute detailed test planning reflective of future state business processes
- Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization and work experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationships
- Strong planning, communication and presentation skills and the capability to listen and influence
- Ability to balance technical requirements and techniques to improve customer experience
- US Citizenship is required for system access

- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems, especially Apriso
