Job description: Role: Sr. Google Dialog Flow(GDF) / CCAI call flow DeveloperLocation: Charlotte, NC – 100% RemoteLong Term Contract – W2 & C2CRequired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
- Overall IT experience should have: 8+ Years.
- 5 + years of IT Experience in Contact Center.
- 5+ years of experience in End-to-End Contact Center and should have strong experience in GDF (Google Dialog Flow/GCCAI development and implementation
- Experience in Requirements Gathering/Consulting to use GDF/CCAI Chatbot in Genesys Cloud/Salesforce/Service now agent desktop
- Ability to design complex GDF/CCAI call flows with backend API integrations
- Experience in Genesys cloud for end-to-end contact center including IVR development, End to End Testing and Implementation
- Experience in WFM, Reporting
- Experience in JIRA and DevOps tools
