Job SummaryWe are looking for an innovative and highly skilled Generative AI Engineer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and generative models, with a focus on developing and deploying AI systems that can create high-quality content autonomously. You will work on cutting-edge projects that push the boundaries of AI, collaborating with a diverse team of researchers, engineers, and product managers. Key ResponsibilitiesAI Model Development:
- Design, develop, and fine-tune generative models, including but not limited to GPT, GANs, VAEs, and other advanced architectures.
- Experiment with new algorithms and techniques to improve model performance and creativity.
Research & Innovation:
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, particularly in the field of generative models.
- Conduct research to explore novel approaches and applications of generative AI in various domains.
Implementation & Deployment:
- Deploy and scale generative AI models in production environments, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and scalable.
- Work with DevOps to implement best practices for CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, and automated testing.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts, to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services.
- Work closely with product teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven features that meet user needs.
Optimization & Fine-tuning:
- Continuously optimize models for performance, cost-efficiency, and resource utilization.
- Fine-tune pre-trained models on custom datasets to meet specific application requirements.
Ethical AI Practices:
- Implement ethical AI guidelines to ensure that generated content adheres to legal, ethical, and societal standards.
- Develop methods to detect and mitigate biases in AI-generated content.
QualificationsEducation:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A Ph.D. is a plus.
Experience:
- Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models (e.g., GPT, GANs, VAEs).
- Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) for training and deploying large-scale AI models.
