The position will be fully remote within the US. There is a travel component (overnight domestic or international trips may be required) to this position with proper notice, however the day-to-day role will be standard time zone-related hours remotely.Position’s general duties and tasks
- Acts as the lead subject-matter expert on how Generative AI affects the services we deliver to our clients
- Identifies ways to use Generative AI to improve the quality, efficiency and competitiveness of our services
- Provides Generative AI pre-sales expertise for the development and implementation of complex digital products, applications and solutions
- Uses in-depth Generative AI product knowledge to provide expertise to sales staff and clients through sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Accountable for leading the narrative of how Generative AI improves our business and the services we deliver to our clients
- Provides input into bid proposals, projects and documents within the sales process
- Provides subject-matter expertise in interactions with analysts and partners
- Provides subject-matter expertise in driving internal communications, awareness and literacy about Generative AI
- Champions or assists in the formation of a subject matter expert team to assure that Generative AI knowledge is disseminated across the organization
- Develops a keen understanding of client needs, links them to the organization’s services, and provides feedback to product development teams
- Drives appropriate digital technologies and business requirements at all levels
- May identify additional sales opportunities with existing clients/s
- Assists product group in bringing relevant and competitive technologies to market
- May influence portions of Request for Proposal (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFIs)
- May demonstrate feasibility of a technology or a solution, often requiring a product demo for client
- Maintains up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of NTT DATA’s and competitors’ digital products and/or services and client benefits
- Understands client’s goals, objectives, and technical needs
- Translates client’s requests into requirements that can be shared with delivery teams
- Develops working relationships with clients to be viewed as a trusted advisor
- Understands different client industries, their IT challenges, and current pain points
Basic Requirements for this role include:
- 10+ years’ experience within the IT Services/ Consulting Industry
- 3 + years of experience in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning
- C-suite level communications experience is a must, including training and utilizing storytelling techniques across internal and external clientele to help enhance valuable ideas that resonate with strategic company objectives
Highly Preferred Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills ; Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced knowledge of the IT Services sector
- Ability to explain how products can be used in a solution to meet customer needs
- High level attention to detail
- Flexibility to travel as needed per client needs
- A college degree is highly preferred
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $130k- $175k. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
