• Provide guidance on matters such as personnel, supply, and equipment procurement.
• Serve as primary point of contact for administrative questions and concerns within the clinic.
• Analyze daily patient and provider workflow of individuals and teams to improve processes and operations.
• Create spreadsheets and charts to display data and trends that leaders can brief outside agencies.
• Monitor multiple database elements to advise leadership on inefficiencies.
• Maintain department’s databases to ensure data is properly maintained

• Mission Essential: In the event of severe weather conditions or other such emergency type situations, the incumbent is required to report to work or remain at work as scheduled to support mission operations.
• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time.
• May work outside of core hours to manage schedules in inclement weather situations, command directed taskings, and/ or actions that impact/ delay delivery of patient care.

Additional information about transcripts is .Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service which includes assisting with administrative policies, programs or operations related to health care delivery. Utilizing automated systems to enter and retrieve data. Extracting and analyzing data from a variety of medical information systems. Assisting with the preparation of various data reports.OREducation: Successful completion of a master’s or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree a major in hospital administration, public health administration, or related fields such as business or public administration with course work in health care administration. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.)ORCombination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%.
