If so, we want YOU to join our team as the HR Business Analyst!The Human Resources Business Analyst collaborates with HR teams, handles administrative duties, and supports HR-related data tasks. You will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to Compensation, Benefits and other HR functions as required.What We Offer:

  • Pay Range $72,250.00/Yr- $97,750.00/Yr (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:Principal Accountabilities & Deliverables

  • Evaluate HR software to identify points of improvement
  • Serve as the HR go-to subject matter expert for the software used in the organization (e.g., UKG, HR Soft, PlanSource, etc.)
  • Engage IT and HRIS teams for troubleshooting, issue resolution and/or development
  • Assist with the implementation and rollout of new systems and vendors
  • Collaborate with HR, finance and IT to maintain and improve the HRIS, including configuration, reporting, and analytics
  • Support critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS
  • Evaluate HR software to identify points of improvement
  • Periodically update and test HR software systems
  • Develop, compile and present reports
  • Provide data insight, extraction and analysis to meet stakeholder needs
  • Monitor data integrity through comprehensive audits, performing root-cause analysis and working with leadership team to implement solutions to mitigate future discrepancies
  • Query and pull reports as needed for compensation surveys and help prepare data
  • Support HR partners on audit requests, compiling and presenting data from various systems
  • Conduct regular audits; identifying inaccuracies and support stakeholders with corrections
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions that help to streamline and automate HR processes
  • Support process improvements and policy changes designed to improve efficiency and the user experience with the system
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:Education / Experience

  • HS Diploma or GED (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or IT discipline, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in IT field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics with UKG and HRSoft (preferred)
  • Broad knowledge of HRIS system functionality, reporting, and intermediate data analysis
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (Pivot tables, V Look Up, macros, etc.)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high level of organization, planning, prioritizing in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in HR technology and data analysis tools
  • Deep expertise in the business unit(s) they support.
  • Understanding of IT’s systems and capabilities
  • Turns ambiguous information into meaningful requirements
  • Builds consensus using a consultative approach
  • Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools and platforms as well as Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
  • Ability to use good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential and multiple projects are worked simultaneously
  • Ability to gain, understand and apply information and data as it relates essential functions of the position
  • Ability to foster long-term relationships with stakeholders
