Leads or provides oversight on HR investigations. Counsel leaders/HR staff on appropriate disciplinary action and termination decisions. Reviews employment data and trend analysis and provides recommendations to improve staff retention and turnover. Conducts exit interviews.Reports to: Director, Human Resources
