CORPORATE REMOTE (DC, NY/NJ, CHICAGO METRO AREAS PREFERRED)Arch Amenities Group (AAG), the world’s leading spa, fitness and leisure firm, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (Generalist) to join the team. This role will report to the Vice President, Human Resources and help implement the HR strategy for AAG. The main pillars of this strategy include:

  • Creating system paths that allow for compliant and efficient human capital transactions
  • Building system guardrails to reduce compliance risk
  • Creating processes to deliver training and knowledge to the workforce
  • Creating robust processes to disseminate and gather communications from the workforce
  • Using data to define and execute people development activity
  • Supporting the HR team in creating and deploying tools to help employees engage benefits resources

Responsibilities:The Human Resources Generalist is responsible forSPECIFIC JOB DUTIES: * Gain an understanding of our business verticals and centralized tools in order to partner with field managers on employee cycle KPIs (selection, onboarding, training, and people development)

  • Optimizing ADP talent management technology in order to attract and retain talent in all roles across the organization.
  • Gain fluency in HR technical systems (ADP WFN and Recruiting Management) in order to answer track metrics that illustrate effectiveness, consult and troubleshoot with field teams, and utilize system capability to complete projects
  • Guide field managers and employees as needed on specific human resources policies and procedures such as benefits and employment statute inquiries.
  • Partner with field teams to ensure adherence to a standardized onboarding process to get employees to targeted proficiency levels with speed. Measure effectiveness via survey.
  • Partner with field teams to ensure all roles have correct SOPs and ensure those SOPs are aligned with job descriptions and business needs. Provide leadership with metrics to demonstrate employee progress in completing training on SOPs
  • Conduct monthly bench planning sessions to assess and improve current level of talent and ensure a pipeline of talent into key roles. Partner with business leaders to review metrics around vacancy rates, financial performance and customer satisfaction and make determinations around development and talent needs to ensure a steady supply of required talent to sustain the business.
  • Support adoption and implementation of all key HR initiatives such as equity, reward and recognition and system upgrades.

Education Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Human Resources or related field5-7 years of experience in wellness or hospitality field operations, Human Resources: or equivalent combination of education and experience.Related Work Experience: · Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PPT)Demonstrated proficiency in a market leading HCM system, preferably ADPKnowledge of and ability to apply human resource management principles, including hiring, training, and orienting, coaching, and evaluating employees.Problem-solving skills: listening to, interpreting, and meeting the needs of others; diagnosing and rectifying problemsFunctional Skills: • Ability to communicate information between employees and management. • Ability to employ considerable tact and diplomacy in communicating with others. • Ability to work with others in a team-based environment. • Ability to provide consistent, quality employee support • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize are keys to success in this role

  • The employer may occasional lift and or/move up to 35 pounds
