Be yourself and feel unique as you belong within our culture of care, safety and inclusion.Reporting to and in collaboration with the NOAM Natural Ingredients HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Human Resources policies, programs and processes to support our objectives of production, operations, and employee wellbeing at the South Hackensack, New Jersey facility. You will be on-site.

  • HR Management Partnership – Contribute to implementing human resource strategies and programs. Assist with recruiting process including coordinating with recruiting firm and coaching managers on the selection process. Conduct onboarding of new employees. Provide people management consultation and administration including annual compensation reviews, performance reviews, and benefits inquiries. Provide support across all HR operational processes, ensuring quality, effectiveness and compliance with legislation. Use relevant information, data and reports to recommend policy and process improvements. Participate in or help implement Corporate and Site initiatives or projects.
  • HR Process Influence – Help develop and promote feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes. Help define clear roles and responsibilities and streamlined internal HR processes. Support effective and proactive use of people management practices and systems and provide value added reporting enabling managers to make more effective, fact-based and timely decisions.
  • Employee Relations – Provide counsel to managers and employees on employee relations matters including performance management, career development, disciplinary actions and organizational decisions. Consult with the business on Employee Relations issues and ensure key HR business processes are implemented effectively (e.g. performance management, annual compensation reviews, learning and development).

You?

  • University degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR management, preferably with international organizations.
  • Spanish language skills required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR legal matters.
