Radial’s omnichannel solutions use cutting-edge technology and analytics to optimize the end-to-end e-commerce processes, reducing costs for our customers while enhancing the consumer experience.Role Summary:The Human Resource Generalist will support operations and the business leaders. They will perform administrative duties for HR, assisting HR Manager in policy formulation, salary administration and with employee relations. They will help with coordination of orientation and training sessions for new employees. Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution of their queries. The Human Resources Generalist will support our fulfillment operations business with employee relations. This role will directly report to the Human Resources Manager.Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties for HR Work closely in partnership with HR Business partner.
- Assist with policy formulation, and salary administration.
- Help with coordination of orientation and training sessions for new employees.
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
- Respond and resolve HR related inquiries from employees, managers, HR Central (e.g. Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Organization Development, Payroll) and Vendors via phone, email, etc.
- Conducts investigations and advises on employee complaints and grievances (e.g., discrimination, harassment, retaliation).
- Maintain accurate employee related records and case notes in HR systems, including Serena the case management intake system to record case notes.
- Provides jurisdictionally appropriate legal advice and interpretation on employment legislation and handles most aspects of involuntary employee terminations in partnership with the HR Manager.
- Provides coaching and advice to managers on performance management and corrective action based on the Radial disciplinary process, enabling them to implement performance improvement processes which are consistent across business entities.
- Participate in HR related projects (e.g. policy updates/rollout, continuous improvement)
- Prioritize tasks effectively and work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment operating with the highest degree of integrity and discretion May deliver presentations and training to managers and/or employees.
- Builds and maintains strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business as well as with HR Managers, Legal, HR Central, Comp. and Benefits, Talent Acquisition and with external advisors.
- Facilitates discussion focus groups with employees and various levels of leadership as required.
- Conducts exit interviews for all employees who voluntarily terminate their employment.
- Assists with job fairs and community outreach related to hiring hourly and salaried positions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Working experience in Human Resources required, additional experience in a customer service environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Degree or certificate in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Able to work in fast-paced environment, flexible and adaptable to change
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, integrity, trust and be flexible and versatile
- Demonstrate patience and understanding
- Approachability and willingness to work side by side with all levels of our employee base
- Flexible to be available to 1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts as needed
- Affinity to Tools and system (Workday, Job Science (applicant tracking system)

This position is not remote. Travel is not required.“The salary range for this position is $52,910 – $90,090. The base offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
