Sound interesting?Then come and join our global team as People Analytics Specialist to help us to develop our HR Reporting & Analytics landscape and shape our future agenda as part of our global HRMS project.Key Expected Outcomes:The Product Manager is responsible for HR R&A product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and user requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with data stewards, users, data engineers, and other HR R&A infra-structure roles to ensure the goals of a given HR analytics solution are met and business value is realized through the utilization of the product.Your Responsibilities:· You will report directly to the HR Global Lead of Reporting & Analytics and collaborate with other HR Analytics team members to ensure product development aligns with the HR Reporting & Analytics product vision and roadmap.· You will partner with Business Intelligence Consultants on the execution of the defined analytics product roadmap, following defined user stories and acceptance criteria to build the right analytics solutions for our users.· You will turn HR and non-HR data into information and translate product requirements into deployable analytics solutions.· You will identify and interpret data, leveraging statistical techniques to analyze results, tag trends and patterns in data sets, creating dashboards, presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings with the support of analytics applications, such as Workday Analytics &, Snowflake, Qlik.· You hold a master’s degree in business administration, human resources, economics, analytics, computer science, or math.
- You have knowledge or interest in developing Analytics to support the development of Human Resources portfolio and services.
- You have min. 5 years of experience in a similar role with a mid-size/large organization.
- You have experience in working with a proven ability to network and work in a multinational remote HR services team.
