Job description: The HR Specialist is responsible for carrying out administrative duties and providing holistically support across the HR department, which includes People Operations, Programs, Talent, Employee Experience and remote manufacturing sites

  • Overall administrative tasks including telephone inquiries, e-mail, internal and external mail, scheduling meetings, and calendar management for departmental heads
  • Establish a positive employer-employee relationship; create and sustain an equitable and inclusive culture; and promote a high level of employee morale, confidence and motivation
  • Support the consistent and equitable implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Respond to employee relations issues and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Support time and attendance management, contract issuance, on-boarding and exit procedures
  • Maintain secure and confidential human resource-related files and records
  • Engage in data analysis and compile information for routine reporting and analysis
  • Conduct new hire orientation for all location
  • Educate HR Policies & Procedures
  • Educate Benefits options available
  • Keep HRIS system up to date with all payroll related information

  • Broad HR Generalist background
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource management, business administration, communication or a related field or High School plus 3 years of dedicated experience in recruiting and full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume environment required
  • Influencing skills
  • Demonstrates emotional intelligence
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Results Oriented
  • Verbal and written communication skills required to satisfactorily perform job duties

Expected salary: $58235 – 62395 per year
