Current temporary employees working in NC state government or in the UNC System will also be considered.The HR Technician I will provide entry-level Human Resources support to the DIT Transportation division. This position will be responsible for contractor onboarding in ServiceNow, maintaining electronic personnel files, service awards and I-9 verification for DIT Transportation while maintaining confidentiality.Duties include, but are not limited, to:

  • Responsible for credential verification, ensuring time has been entered for all employees in the Division and serve as the EBS coordinator for the Division
  • Provide internal and external customer service and have attention to detail due to the nature of the work performed
