Job description: HRIS Coordinator – UKG Experience Preferred ($20-24/hr)We are seeking an HRIS Coordinator with a strong attention to detail to join our team on-site, with the potential for remote work. This role offers $20-24/hr and involves transferring a variety of HR files from SharePoint to the UKG system. Reporting to the HR Director, this individual will play a crucial role in a large HR documentation project, ensuring all employment records are accurately uploaded into our HRIS, UKG. Familiarity with HR documents is essential to correctly categorize and input the information.What we are looking for:
- Proficient with an HRIS system; UKG experience is a plus
- Very high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with HR documentation (e.g., I-9, W-4)
- Experience with file management and data entry
