Together, we can transform healthcare and enable smarter care for millions of people.Job Summary:This position is responsible for providing the highest level of performance and satisfaction for our Veradigm customers and Employees through delivery of effective and professional technical training and support.What you will contribute:
- Acquires comprehensive product knowledge for Veradigm applications to train the client and employee base.
- Delivers application training to clients or employees in either a classroom, on line (in a Virtual Classroom environment), via telephone, or at client’s site.
- Presents seminars or workshops for Veradigm applications.
- Presents at User Group Meetings or the National Conventions on various applications.
- Delivers all core and advanced application training sessions, as specified in the training session curriculum, for Veradigm applications to clients and/or employees independently.
- Manages expectations, provide escalation pathways, and document resolution of any issues that may arise during a class session.
- Works with instructional designers, implementation team members, other training specialists, and other departments to identify training needs, participate in course development, and present topics as needed.
- Travels to remote offices or client sites to deliver training.
- Performs Veradigm Healthcare Systems time reporting and billing processes
- Experience in healthcare industry, with a focus on Risk Adjustment
- Experience with MA/ACA Risk Scoring methodology, including familiarity with condition categories (HCC)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Ability to interface with both external and internal personnel at all levels.
- Professional and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a team environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience Required
- 2-4 years relevant work experience Preferred
