This positions reports directly to the Senior Manager IT Business Solutions and is responsible for project management, requirements, testing, and Tier 2 support. This role will act as a lead to the Business Analyst team by aggerating, distributing, and prioritizing assignments to set them up for success and growth. The IT Business Relationship Manager will work closely with key stakeholders and business partners as needed.About You
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as business analyst or related testing support role
- Preferred knowledge in implementation and clinical systems
- 2 years project management desired
- PMP certification preferred
- Proven advanced working knowledge of industry standard methodologies and best practices (i. e. Project Life Cycle, System Development Life Cycle with emphasis on Change Management)
- Able to identify solutions to the development and technical team based on approved business and functional requirements
- Estimates timeframes, identifies required resources/skills, and prepares time/cost estimates for meeting project objectives in the most cost-effective manner
