In the IT Solution Delivery for R&D department we provide IT services to ASML’s Development and Engineering departments. Together with the rest of the IT department, we have transformed into an agile organization, delivering our services through business facing Agile Release Teams (ART’s).As a SDEV Team Lead you will manage the employees working in the ART’s, collaborate intensively with the business and strive for continuously improving the performance of the SDEV team. Delivery, Speed and Quality are key, which make your focus on the right craftmanship of your team.Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Chandler Arizona, San Jose and San Diego California, Wilton Connecticut, and Hillsboro Oregon.Role and responsibilitiesAs a Team Lead you are responsible for people management including competence development within your teams.Act as delegate IT Business Partner of the department manager if required. Providing update to the local business partners/stakeholdersManage supplier relationships, contracting external employees, in consultation with internal parties.As a manager you will also be responsible for portfolio management together with the business stakeholders, external service management and areas of general interest to your team.In addition, to the above responsibilities, we are also looking to combine this role with someone who has expertise in IT Security and Risk Management.Education and experienceAt least a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data & Information Security, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.At least 5 years’ experience working with D&E, IT and Data SecurityAt least 2 years’ experience in a scaled agile environmentPreferably a technical background or a strong interest in technologyExperience in Data and Information SecuritySkillsYou are an excellent people manager and keen on developing and coaching individuals to become valuable members of high-performing teams.Experienced in stakeholder management and a customer focused individual.You will closely collaborate with the Leading Coalition of the Agile Release Trains (ART) consisting of a Release Train Engineer (RTE), Chief Product Owner (CPO) and the System Architect (SA) and support them in becoming successful. You have an intrinsic drive towards continuous improvement.Other informationThis position is located on-site in Wilton, Connecticut. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation.
