Our team is 100% remote and we work with teams across the United States to help them hire.About Our Client: Backed by industry veterans, our client is revolutionizing the $15TR Private Credit market with their innovative LLM platform, streamlining complex credit agreements.As a Lead Product Designer, you will define and shape our product experience. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering and operations partners to craft a long-term vision and roadmap of our product. You will own the entire design stack, including speccing projects, designing workflows, detailed interactions, and high-quality visuals.Responsibility
- Conceptualize, define and design product features from start-to-finish
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering and operations partners to iterate and drive solutions towards business outcomes
- Develop effective design solutions based on research, member insights, and industry best-practices (across finance and tech)
- Present design concepts and clearly communicate design intent through design specs and presentations
Qualifications
- 3+ yrs experience of experience working in product design/UX roles
- Strong design point of view and aesthetic
- Strong expertise in Figma
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Track record for delivering end to end solutions from initial concepts to measurable outcomes
- Experience presenting work and rationale to leaders and advocating for user needs in the context of business goals and technology requirements
- Experience working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, agile environment using tools like Jira and Confluence
- A portfolio URL or PDF to submit with the application with examples of responsive web product design
