Lovevery was named one of .The RoleThe Wholesale Manager will support company growth by working closely with large retailers on new product launches, monitoring retailer performance and coordinating onboarding or product catalog changes.This role focuses on addressing the needs of major retail partners, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various departments.Responsibilities

  • Account Management and Execution: Responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our wholesale partners to deliver growth. Involves working closely with large retail partners, understanding their needs, collaborating with their end-to-end processes and providing solutions to maximize business opportunities. You will act as a liaison between our wholesale partners and internal teams with new product launches, forecasting, shipments and advertising.
  • Product Launch Coordination: Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing new product launches at wholesale partners. This role ensures that all aspects of a product launch are organized and delivered on-time. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing and operations.
  • Cross-Functional Support and Collaboration: Provide essential support across multiple departments to ensure positive retailer relationships and better internal processes. Collaborate with the copy and creative team to develop graphics for key wholesale partners and audit product pages to ensure optimal content, including bullet points, product descriptions, and page optimization. This role requires familiarity with retailer portals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with Netsuite, Jira and Asana.
  • Wholesale Operational Oversight: Responsible for overseeing and supporting wholesale shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Collaborate with the team to manage order processing, ensuring purchase orders are allocated and sent for on-time fulfillment. Assist the team with integration details and provide support during implementations. This role requires close collaboration with the operation team and external teams to streamline operations, improve efficiency and resolve any shipment-related challenges.
  • Catalog Management: Managing and maintaining the product catalog across multiple retail partners and regions.This role ensures that product data, descriptions and assets are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for global consistency. You will work closely with marketing, creating, and regional teams to support product launches, updates and catalog-related projects.
  • Advertising Support: Assist in coordinating and executing advertising campaigns, supporting A/B testing initiatives, and managing graphic updates to optimize campaign performance. You will work closely with the marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on-time, align with goals, and drive measurable results.
  • Marketing Execution: Oversee the development, execution and optimization of marketing materials and product inserts that enhance customer experience and drive brand engagement. You will collaborate closely with Creative and Product Development to ensure our marketing inserts align with product catalog and overall business objectives.
  • Performance Reporting: Collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to measure and communicate key performance metrics for wholesale channels. Collaborate with the Accounting Team to address wholesale financial chargebacks and identify ways to improve profitability. Share findings with internal stakeholders to determine root causes and implement resolutions. This role ensures that stakeholders have accurate, timely, and actionable insights to support decision-making and drive business growth at top retailers.
  • Performance Automation: Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports for internal stakeholders. Identify key trends to enhance future reporting summaries and explore opportunities to automate report generation.

This individual will not only provide support for U.S. operations but also support in global processes (UK, EU and APAC)

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years in wholesale experience, ideally in consumer products or experience with large retail partners.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of securing wholesale revenue and overseeing accurate fulfillment
  • Experience tracking key performance ad metrics (CTR, conversions, engagement) for campaigns and A/B tests. Ability to identify areas of improvement and suggest actionable insights to enhance future performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills, impeccable attention to detail and an action-oriented mindset that’s comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving
  • Reporting experience and analytical mindset with high proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Retailer Portals, Looker, Google Sheets/Excel ,etc.).
  • Strong relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage up, down, and across an organization and influence teams
  • Ability to think and react in a fluid, fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work collaboratively across time zones when needed.

Salary Range InformationBased on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $75,000 – $100,000.
