The company is headquartered in Goppingen, Germany, and employs around 1,500 people globally.The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for driving new customer acquisition by developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels. The focus is on generating leads and building pipeline health by identifying high-value prospects, generating leads, increasing brand visibility and utilizing diverse lead generation and nurturing strategies.Job Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive acquisition strategies that align with overall marketing and business goals, focusing on high-value target audiences.
- Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies, including personas and customer journeys, to enhance targeting effectiveness.
- Identify and prioritize key channels and tactics based on audience behavior, market trends, competitive analysis, and sales feedback to maximize impact.
- Plan, execute, and manage omnichannel marketing campaigns and tactics across the entire customer journey, ensuring a cohesive and seamless experience across all touchpoints.
- Coordinate with content specialists and vendors to develop innovative ideas and create personalized content and lead magnets that enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage lead generation campaigns to drive high-quality leads into the sales funnel, continuously optimizing campaign elements to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the Field Marketing, Partner and Channel, SDR and Sales teams, and stakeholders to integrate acquisition efforts into the broader marketing strategy, aligning on lead qualification criteria and ensuring consistent communication.
- Conduct market and competitor research to refine acquisition strategies and ensure campaign relevance.
- Use data-driven insights for budget allocation and channel optimization, managing the campaign budget to maximize ROI.
- Develop campaign and creative briefs in Monday.com and manage campaign status using relevant tools.
- Track and analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies, utilizing A/B testing and providing regular reports with actionable insights.
- Work with the creative team to ensure messaging consistency and relevance across all acquisition touchpoints.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience managing B2B SaaS marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in CRM, campaign management, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Monday.com, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) and multi-touch campaign strategies.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead teams.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles, audience segmentation, and demand generation tactics.
- A/B testing experience and competency in campaign measurement and reporting.
- Understanding of partner and channel marketing approaches.
- Experience working with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), sales teams, and field or partner marketing teams to align campaign goals with broader business objectives.
- Strong ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, manage multiple projects, and handle tight deadlines effectively.
