Making it safer, cleaner, and more efficient for people and the planet.Partner with the bestThe Marketing Events Coordinator is responsible for coordinating Cordant Solutions’ conference/tradeshow participation, globally, from planning to execution to post-event analysis, liaising with regional leaders/stakeholders, Product Marketing, and Communications to ensure best representation of Cordant TM Solutions through presentations, exhibition, and sponsorship Along with supporting internally hosted events with marketing and demand generation support, coordinating webinar execution – internally hosted as well as external/vendor partnerships and internal Client Advisory Council meetingsAs a Marketing Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Driving development of annual events plan, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and vendors globally to gather and manage details such as event audience profiles, themes, timings, budget, goals, and team roles and responsibilities for each event
- Managing or facilitate all aspects of event execution including, but not limited to: Review and recommend sponsorship options, booth selection, design and set up, lead capture process, secure speaking/presentation opportunities, registrations for staff, and the specific promotional and lead-generation strategy for each event
- Working closely with Product Marketing, Communications, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment on brand, content, and sales strategy for each event
- Occasionally acting as the go-to person onsite at events ensuring everything aligns with the company’s standards and runs smoothly
- Ensuring consistent lead capture and follow up processes are agreed and executed for each event
- Coordinating post-event debriefs with stakeholders and participants, produce a summary of the event including insights on how to improve and recommendation on future participation
- Setting up and execute webinars from start to finish, coordinating with presenters, preparing our webinar delivery platform, and producing the live or pre-recorded webinar
- Driving the planning and execution logistics for our internally hosted Client Advisory Council meetings

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing and/or communications, including internships

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience with CRM system (preferably Salesforce) and understanding of lead generation practices and campaign management

- Collaborative spirit, comfortable liaising with stakeholders across the globe
- Strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet

The annual pay scale for this position is between $55,700.00 – $119,900.00.Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes’ good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position. Baker Hughes will issue a non-bias competitive offer; the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hires, full-time salaries in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the pay range/scale depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance over time.
